Busy design studio seeks experienced and energetic individual to help us keep our studio running smoothly. Ideal candidate has a great personality, is extremely detail oriented, strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision.
Job description includes office management, administration, light accounting and day-to-day receptionist duties.
Must be proficient in MS Word, Excel and Adobe. Experience with Filemaker Pro is a plus.
This position has great growth potential if you are motivated and a self-starter.
Minimum 3 years office experience required.
